About Adrilyn Walker-Smith, LSSGB

As the Principal Consultant, I Understand Your Struggle

As an experienced & Professional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Customer Service, Health Insurance Claims and Health Management, I am passionate about improving business processes that serve internal and external customers.

I received my Lean Six Sigma certification at the University of Alabama and re-certified at Georgia Tech. These credentials in efficient methodologies and divisional processes, along with my extensive experience with Voice of the Customer (VOC) allows me to quickly  identify waste and inefficiencies in existing business processes.  Working as a Customer Service professional in the Healthcare Industry for over 25 years and acquiring  advanced claims processing knowledge allows me to apply my skills to any industry. 

 

I am adept at developing and facilitating training programs that can be sycronized with existing work processes and mentor other associates. Providing this service to a major healthcare provider delivered  knowledgeable and more efficient associates and enhanced the member’s experience, positively impacting corporate growth initiatives. 

 

My strengths include, but are not limited to: developing associates through knowledge transfer, strong business acumen, facilitating win-win negotiations  and a superior root-cause analysis to develop best practices.
 

Customer Experience surveys are one of the tools that Magic City Advocates uses to aid organizations in identifying trends, assist with the development of best practices that resolve customer services issues and close process gaps.
